Combine the best of all lessons. I will visit your home to talk about reading labels, see what you have in your pantry & fridge, how to make healthier swaps, make a healthy snack from what you have. We will apply what we learned at the grocery store to gather healthy ingredients for the dinner cooking lesson, and learn more tips and tricks for healthy shopping on a budget. We will stop at your home one more time to learn how to prepare a healthy meal together. Awesome and fun package to include your whole family! Will travel from Fort Collins/Wellington to Greeley to Longmont area. Instruction time is 5 hours. We can split up the pantry portion on a different day depending on where you live.
