If you learn best in the comfort of your home, and are wanting to make some hands-on changes to your diet, I will make a home visit (Fort Collins, Windsor, Greeley, Loveland or Longmont addresses). We can take a look at what foods you have on hand, how to read labels, how to swap for healthier choices, and whip up a healthy snack recipe based on what you have handy.
